I know. That was a long time ago. But good music is timeless. I’m not looking for money, I’m looking for a producer. Or 10. 10 albums. 100 songs. A dream project 50 years in the making. It’s not too late to make history.
*Can I prove that claim was made? No. Why I didn’t leave that post-it on my reel-to-reel demo, I can’t say. But I can’t say why I’ve done a lot of the stupid things I’ve done. Maybe that staffer remembers. Or the station manager I spoke with by pretending to be The Cars manager. He was actually quite nice after giving me a deserved dressing down. But maybe that staffer was right. Why don’t we give it a go?
